Contact us

Email support@addmein.ai and a human will read it. We answer within one business day.

It helps if you tell us the email address or phone number on your account, which device you are using, and what you expected to happen.

Getting started

The mobile app has three main screens. Today is what you are doing now — the tasks you starred plus the habits you are building. To-Do is everything else, grouped into categories you name. Notes is for the things that are not tasks.

You do not have to file anything by hand. Type or talk to addmein and it sorts what you said into the right place.

Signing in

You can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a one-time code sent to your phone over WhatsApp or SMS, or to your email address.

If a code does not arrive, check that the country code on the number is right, wait for the resend timer, and look in your spam folder for email codes. If it still does not arrive, email us and we will sort it out.

Talking to addmein

You can call addmein from inside the app and just say what is on your mind — it will capture tasks, answer questions, and read your day back to you. The first call asks for microphone access; without it the call cannot hear you.

If a call will not connect, check that you are on a network that allows connections, and that addmein has microphone permission in your device settings.

Notifications

Reminders arrive for tasks with a due date, and addmein nudges you about habits you have not done yet. If reminders stop arriving, check that notifications are enabled for addmein in your device settings.

Your account and your data

You can delete your account and everything in it from the app at any time — open Account, then Delete account. The full details are on our account deletion page.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and our Terms of Use cover the rest.

Reporting a bug

Email support@addmein.ai with what you did, what happened, and a screenshot if you have one. Bugs that lose your data go to the front of the queue.
