Delete your addmein account

Delete from the app

1. Open the addmein app and tap your profile to open Account.
2. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
3. Review what will be removed, then tap Delete my account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your tasks, lists and projects
• Your notes
• Your chat history with addmein
• Your habits and streaks
• Connected calendars and your WhatsApp link
• Files you have uploaded

Your account record and your addmein sign-in are removed, and we revoke the access you granted us — including any Google Calendar you linked.

When it happens

We stop messaging you immediately and sign you out on every device. Your data is permanently erased 30 days after you make the request.

You can change your mind during those 30 days: sign in again and addmein will ask whether you want to keep your account or delete it right away. After the 30 days the deletion is final and we cannot recover anything.

What we keep

Almost nothing. We keep one small, non-identifying record — an internal reference and the deletion date — so a deleted account can't be silently recreated. It holds no name, email, phone, or any of your content.

If you ever paid for addmein, our payment processor retains the transaction records it is legally obliged to keep for financial reporting. Those records contain no task, note, or conversation data.

If you signed in through a third party such as Google, that provider keeps its own account records under its own policy — we remove your addmein account and revoke the access you gave us.

If you no longer have the app

Email support@addmein.ai from the email address on your account, or mention the phone number linked to it, and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm it is you and action the request within 30 days.
